Hi, I'm Kathy!
I'm thrilled to be featured on this week's episode of Season 6 of the Transcend & Succeed TV Show.
In this episode, Megan North and I take a deep dive into my personal journey, from experiencing the depths of corporate burnout to navigating life with a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). For many, such challenges would be overwhelming, but for me, they served as a catalyst for a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and learning—a journey we explore in depth during our conversation. While we found ourselves pressed for time toward the end, there was so much to share that I may just have to return next season!
About Me:
My journey is a raw and inspiring testament to resilience, transformation, and finding harmony amid life’s challenges. I speak to anyone navigating competing demands and offer hope that meaningful transformation is possible with the right mindset and support.
After 20+ years in finance, managing spreadsheets, school runs, and the constant demands of balancing work with family, I hit a wall of corporate burnout. A diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis became the turning point—a chance to break free of self-imposed expectations, redesign my mindset, and build a life rooted in clarity, purpose, and wellbeing.
What could have defined me in defeat instead became a source of strength and inspiration, giving birth to Yin Yang Consultancy. I believe true success—personal or professional—comes from releasing past baggage, silencing self-doubt, and aligning with a deeper purpose. My coaching integrates mind, emotion, profit, and purpose, helping clients find harmony between work and life.
My work is actionable and equips clients with the tools to shift limiting beliefs, clear negative emotions, and eliminate self-sabotaging patterns.
